Below please find the forms and information for reserving our Extended Stay sites.
- Prices run from $850 – $1175/month depending on location.
- There is a minimum stay of 3 months.
- Hardwired fiber optic internet upgrade is available at each site.
- Fees include water, sewer and trash.
- Electricity is metered and charged at 0.146 cents per KWH.

In the subject line please include “Extended Stay Request – your last name”. Once you have returned the forms, we will contact you with site availability.
- There is a $600.00 deposit due upon site selection to hold your site. It is non-refundable before your move in date.
- There is also a $200.00 utilities deposit due with your first month’s rent.
- Both deposits are fully refundable at the end of your stay, if you meet the minimum stay requirement, pay your utilities and leave the site in the condition in which you found it.
