Canyon View RV Resort offers year-round extended-stay. We have devoted 80 sites in a separate section of the Resort just for this vibrant community.

• Winter Prices (November 1 – March31) range from $830 – $1,300/month depending on location and site type.
• Summer Prices (April 1 – October 31) range from $990 – $1,500/month depending on location and site type.
• Included in this rate is:
  • full hookups (trash, water and sewer)
  • concrete slab with picnic table
  • fire pit
  • private lawn at each site
  • use of all the amenities at the Resort
  • 1 camping unit
  • 2 vehicles
  • 2 dogs
  • 5 guests
• Electric is metered and cost is passed through from Grand Valley Power without markup (lower than the competitors)
• Invoiced monthly
• Hardwired fiber optic internet upgrade is available at each site for $40/month
• 15-year old RV age requirement or well-maintained rigs with approval
• There is a minimum stay of 3 months.

A background check will be performed.

Once approved there is an $800.00 deposit required to reserve the site, $600 is for the Site and $200 is for the Utilities. Both deposits are fully refundable upon departure as long as you have stayed a minimum of 3 months and left your site in the condition you found it. The utility deposit helps cover your last electric bill.
